I liked literally everything. This is an affordable and very comfortable hotel, in very good condition, in a great location. And especially I liked the panoramic view out of the window overseeing the Vietnam-China border, quite interesting that you can see buildings on the Chinese side right from the hotel :)

The staff was fantastic, especially Thao. She organised transport from Lao Cai to Hanoi in a van limousine coming from Sapa because my husband has terrible car sickness and cannot travel in sleeper buses.

I booked 1 night stay for my father, due to my family matter I needed to extend 1 more night for him. The staff at the hotel (Ms.Diu) is very nice to arrange and support.
